oKIT_000 The Opus v0.0 installation system
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the installation archive for OPUS.
How it works:
1. Please make sure that you have the following
archives on the default drive and sub-directory:
OCTL_000.ARC
OREF_000.ARC
OHLP_000.ARC
OMSC_000.ARC
OEXE_000.ARC
2. You should have already extracted the contents
of this OKIT_000 archive.
3. Type MAKEOPUS to begin installation.
That batch file will extract all the files you need,
create any sub-directories you don't have, and put
the files where they need to be.
Opus will be installed on drive C: in a sub-directory
called "C:\Opus\". Other sub-directories may be
created.
The installation system has been instructed not to
over-write any existing files.
We suggest you let the batch file do all of the
installation for you. If you need to move things
to another drive, you can do that later. If you
absolutely must install Opus on a "non-standard"
drive or sub-directory, you must do so manually.
4. After MakeOpus has finished, read the READ.ME file
for further information. There are a half dozen or
so manual steps you have to take to complete the
installation. Those steps are described in the
Read.Me file.

You've got to be kidding.
